by UK registered post, and the cost of postage
is shown at the
checkout. A signature is required on
delivery. Items will
usually dispatch within 3 working days of
receiving cleared
payment. Free to collect in person.

advised that any Customs

purchases are NOT included in
the Packing and Shipping costs you pay.

Customer Returns Policy |

We
are pleased to offer an Exchange, Credit Note
or Refund on your
purchase if it is returned to us within 14
days from receipt providing
the item is unworn, in pristine condition,
with its original packaging
and all relevant receipts and documentation.
For a Refund, a returns
authorization number must first be obtained by
contacting
www.wjedwards.com, stating the reason for the
request to return the
goods. The item must be returned by Royal
Mail’s Special Delivery
method to ensure the item is insured. NB.
Postage and packaging will
not be refunded – buyer
pays
return postage.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Please note
we do not accept Earrings back if removed from
sealed packaging, due to
hygiene reasons.
